The overnight accumulation of frost is a problem for your airline.
Right now, when aircraft are powered down and put to bed at night, frost forms on the wings, forcing you to deice in the morning. This deicing makes the flight late, can damage aircraft, and is an environmental nightmare.
Introducing JetSocks, a system to help airlines get more originating flights out on time by removing the need to deice before a first flight. The service has three parts – wing covers, training, and post-sale support – that combine to help you add certainty to an uncertain winter season.
Part 1: Wing Covers
Our wing covers are applied to your aircraft after the last flight of the day by your existing ground crew. Each cover is custom fitted to each aircraft, meaning it works around static wicks and will not damage the wing in any way. The covers are made from a Dupot® material, a true miracle of science. It is durable, resistant to all moisture, mold, and sunlight. This ensures problem free operation and a long life. Each set can be applied by a two man ground crew in less than 20 minutes, including covers for the tail, and taken off even faster.
Part 2: Training
The second aspect of the JetSocks system is on-site training for your existing personnel. We teach your people how to properly install, remove, and store the covers, and we do this on-site. We’ll also keep in touch with your team leads for on-going education, to help mitigate employee turnover.
Part 3: Post-Sale Support
Each cover is sold on a leased basis. If during use the covers need repaired, just let us know and we’ll send a replacement set immediately. Send the old one back at your convenience. We’ll do everything we can to keep your fleet frost free.

Installs In 20 Minutes
